Terms of Service // Effective November 3, 2026

Terms.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Redline, Favish's internal emergency paging tool.

01 The service

Redline lets Favish staff raise an alert when a vital system is down. Each selected teammate is texted, and anyone who doesn't reply within about a minute is phoned with an automated voice message. Access is limited to favish.com Google accounts.

02 Favish Redline Alerts

  • By checking the consent box and confirming your number, you agree to receive automated emergency alert text messages and voice calls from Favish Redline Alerts at that number.
  • Message frequency varies with incidents and the drills you run.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Favish does not charge for Redline.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email redline@favish.com.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin.
  • Consent is not a condition of employment.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Full details are in the SMS terms.

03 Acceptable use

  • Raise alerts only for real incidents. Use the drill on your Dossier page for tests.
  • Register only a mobile number that you own or are authorised to use.
  • Keep message content work-related and free of passwords or other secrets.

04 No guarantee of delivery

Redline depends on mobile carriers, Twilio and other providers. Messages and calls can be delayed or fail, so Redline is not a substitute for emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

05 Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
