Privacy Policy // Effective November 3, 2026
Privacy.
This policy covers Redline, Favish's internal emergency paging tool, including the Favish Redline Alerts text messages and calls.
01 Who we are
Redline is operated by Favish (“Favish”, “we”, “us”). It is used only by Favish employees and contractors. Contact us at redline@favish.com.
02 What we collect
- Account details from your favish.com Google sign-in: name, work email and profile photo.
- Mobile phone number that you enter and confirm with a one-time code.
- Consent records: when you opted in or out, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address and browser used.
- Alert activity: alerts you raise or receive, your replies (for example “YES” or “on it, 10 min out”), keypresses during calls, and delivery status.
03 How we use it
- To send you emergency alert texts and voice calls when a teammate selects you during an outage, and drills you start yourself.
- To tell your teammates on the same alert whether you're responding.
- To verify your number, keep an audit log of alerts, and honour opt-out requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing or profiling.
04 SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other categories of sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Full details are in the SMS terms.
05 Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers solely to run Redline, under contracts that limit their use of your data:
- Twilio: delivers texts and phone calls and sends verification codes.
- Supabase: hosts the Redline database.
- Vercel: hosts the Redline web app.
- Google: provides sign-in for favish.com accounts.
We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell personal information.
06 Retention and security
Your number and consent records are kept while you have Redline access. When you leave Favish or ask us to, an admin deactivates your account and we delete your phone number; consent and opt-out records are kept for up to four years as proof of compliance. Data is encrypted in transit, the database is not reachable from the public internet without server credentials, and every Twilio webhook is signature-checked.
07 Your choices
- Opt out of texts and calls any time by replying STOP or using the switch on your Dossier page.
- Change or remove your number from the Dossier page, or email us to delete your data.
08 Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes to how we use your mobile number will require your consent again.
